Service Limitations

Founders Registered Agent makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely and accurate filings but is not liable for delays caused by state agencies, incorrect information provided by the client, or circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend clients maintain their own copies of all filed documents.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate registered agent services with written notice. Clients are responsible for appointing a replacement registered agent before termination to avoid gaps in compliance. Refunds are not available for the current service period.
